Index Datacom S.A. de C.V. was founded in April 2002 in Los Mochis, Sinaloa Mexico (See Map). This company came about as a result of the work of the company’s predecessor, inter@access Internet.  Inter@access Internet a company operating from 1996 to April 2002 offered internet connection service for various digital analog, installation, maintenance, and email service monitoring.  It also did FTP, WEB, local and expanded area internet design consulting and more.  Index Datacom also merged with the company, Telecommunication Mochis S.A. de C.V. a company with more than 20 years of experience in radio communication, UHF, VHF and trunking network engineering, repeater monitoring services, Motorola radio repair and service, telemetric project design and installation and others.  Index Datacom combined the functions of these two companies offering solutions in network connectivity and wireless technology.

     Teletronics International Inc., is a leader in 2.4 and 5.8 Ghz radio communication equipment manufacturing, 2.5 and 5.8Ghz signal amplifiers, frequency converters, splitters, discharge protectors, and a market leader in other related accessories.  This company named Index Datacom its authorized distributor for The Republic of Mexico in September of 2003.

     In October of 2004 Mikrotik Router OS initiated a four month certification process to certify Index Datacom to market its product.  Index Datacom was awarded certification by Mikrotik is SIA to market its product and provide certification courses to other companies in Mexico, Central and South America.  Index Datacom is now serving as a means to expand the operations of Mikrotik Router OS.  Currently Index Datacom is providing courses in Mikrotik Router OS in México in the cities of Mazatlán, Guadalajara, and Morelia;  Medellín, Colombia; Caracas, Venezuela; and Buenos Aires, Argentina.

     In March of 2006, we started a reorganization of our company.  We looked to meet current market demands and accommodate customer needs.  We in turn were led to recreate our image, come up with a new slogan and rethink what solutions we offer.  We have successfully established ourselves in the market and have earned a reputation as a reliable supplier.  We look to expand and create new ways to participate more actively in other markets.  We seek to establish ourselves as a parent company of a network of associates.

     In June of 2006 we incorporated Wireless Networks of Baja C.A. de C.V. with offices in Cabo San Lucas and La Paz.  In July of 2006 we expanded our operations to include Wireless Solutions of Sonora S.A. de C. V. with main offices in Hermosillo, Sonora.

     Our company currently provides solutions meeting the market demand for network connectivity in wireless, video, IP voice, security, internet connection, Hotspot systems, Maya network, local and remote security surveillance monitoring systems, shared or dedicated hosting, web design, B2B and B2C portals, design and installation of cable structure, Sales and installation of Panasonic telephone systems.
